Can anyone identify this Delta shower faucet model? I'm trying to replace the cartridge, but I'm having trouble getting the handle off. The hot/cold cap pops off and there is a Philips head screw, but that doesn't relate to the handle assembly. There doesn't seem to be a set screw on the side of the assembly or anything like that.
