For example, a question might ask: when is a person's risk for suicide the lowest? 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th decade of life. While I fully understand the risk factors for suicide and how to help someone contemplating such a thing, I don't know the answer they want here.

That’s just going to overwhelm you. The Blueprints series of books are great, although I can’t say I ever actually read an entire book. Hardest for me: IM, EM, Psych Easier: Surg, Peds, obgyn, FM. I used rosh, the rosh boost exams, and I bought the 200 question “power pack” things from rosh for FM and EM. twist of lemons was also helpful. Didn’t touch PPP, uworld, or any other resources. My program used the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA) End of Rotation Exams™ (EORs). I personally found these exams tough. I went from averaging high 80s to 90s on my program’s exams to averaging low to mid-80s. However, I did find they prepared me well for the PANCE.
